Information we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and a description of your insurance needs. Like most websites, we may also receive standard technical information such as IP address and browser type through our hosting provider's logs.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare insurance quotes, and communicate with you about your inquiry. Quoting insurance may require sharing your information with insurance carriers and underwriters for the purpose of obtaining quotes. We do not sell your personal information.
We may use third-party artificial intelligence tools to help review, organize, and respond to inquiries you submit. Where we do, we use providers under agreements that do not permit your information to be used to train their models.
Communications
If you provide a phone number and select call or text as a preferred contact method, we may contact you that way about your inquiry. You can opt out of any communication channel by telling us.
Data retention and security
We retain inquiry information as needed to serve you and meet legal and regulatory obligations applicable to insurance producers. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Third-party services
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect our forms from spam and abuse.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and conversion-tracking tools from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and OpenAI to measure the performance of our advertising. These services may set cookies and collect standard technical and usage information — such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and ad-click identifiers — to attribute and improve our advertising. We use this information to operate and improve the site and our advertising; we do not sell your personal information.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site through metrics like heatmaps and session replays. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to capture how pages are used, and it masks sensitive content — such as the text you type into forms — by default. When you use our online quote questionnaire, we record how the form itself was used: which steps and questions were shown, how long each took, and where anyone got stuck, so we can find and fix friction. This is structural information only; it does not include the answers you type, and it is kept only briefly.
We set a first-party cookie (bp_attr, 90 days) that remembers which ad or page brought you to us so we can measure our advertising.
